Why no refined sugars?

Overconsumption of refined sugar has been shown to increase risk of heart disease, increase your risk of cancer, diabetes and weight gain.

We don't use refined sugars and use fruit to sweeten in all our products. Refined sugar has been shown to harm the body over and over so we choose to leave it out of our granola.
