This is a simple and creative take on the classic breakfast bowl from Gopi. Use a creamy almond milk yoghurt, mix with a dash of tumeric, a good portion of poached fruits and a good topping of Healthy Hazelnut Rollagranola, some oats and a sprinkle of cacao nibs.
Gopi's tip is to leave the yoghurt at room temperature so it's not ice cold and warming poached fruits and here I have used apples, pears and plums easy to digest and winter warming. A nourishing breakfast bowl for a busy day ahead.
