Additional Delivery Information
The delivery period in which you will receive your order is approximate but please trust us we aim to get your delightful granola's to your door as soon as we can.
Your purchase will be sent to the address provided by you in your order unless a change of address has been confirmed by us.
Orders will be sent on a 48 hour service and we dispatch Monday-Friday and aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed on weekdays.
All Products are shipped using a tracked service.
We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of orders subjected but not limited to natural disaster, postal / delivery / courier strikes / disagreements. rollagranola.com will not be responsible for any loss consequential or otherwise in particular but not limited to loss of profit, damages or costs resulting from the usage of the product.
Returns & Refunds
If there is an issue with the item you have purchased, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to let us know. You will be required to provide photographic evidence before a refund will be authorised.
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact our help-desk at support@rollagranola.com and we will issue either a resend of the order if every item is in stock, or a full refund, whichever is preferable.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
Refunds will be sent to the same account from where the original payment was made.
