My passion for health and wellbeing lead me to change career from a busy big four consulting firm, to studying Nutrition Science and Functional Medicine. Nutrition science looks at more than what you put into your body, but takes your ecosystem into account - your genetics, lifestyle, pollution exposure, sleep, stress, exercise and past experiences. These things combined paint the picture of why you may not be feeling on top of your game, why you may be feeling unwell and/or why you have a diagnosis.
Through my practice I aim to work with each individual to uncover the root cause of symptoms or ill health, using nutrition to help the body achieve balance and regain vitality.
My particular areas of interest are auto-immune diseases, gut health and children’s health including gut health, ADHD and ASD.
