Ingredients
115g unsalted butter
115g light brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
300g Rollagranola Zesty Caveman
200g oats
200g Mackie’s Traditional Milk Chocolate
80g mini chocolate eggs
To serve: Mackie’s Traditional ice cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4. Grease a 20cm square tin and line the base and sides with a piece of non-stick baking paper.
In a saucepan, gently melt the butter, sugar and honey together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the granola and oats into a mixing bowl, followed by the butter mixture and stir until well combined. Spoon into the prepared tin and press down on the mixture with the back of a spoon.
Bake in the oven for 25 - 35 mins or until golden. Leave to cool in the tin before carefully turning out onto a chopping board and cutting into bars.
Break the chocolate into squares and add to a saucepan. Melt gently until smooth. Dip one end of the granola bars into the chocolate, decorate with some mini easter chocolate eggs and leave to set.
Serve with a scoop of Mackie’s ice cream, enjoy!
