Layered Chia Puddings
Creamy chia pudding, St. Dalfour natural fruit spreads, yoghurt and Rollagranola’s crunchy, nutty granola
Serves: 3
Ingredients
Chia pudding base:
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup yoghurt (dairy or plant-based)
3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Matcha & cherry
1 tsp matcha powder + 2 tsp water (whisked until smooth)
St. Dalfour Black Cherry Fruit Spread
Yoghurt
Rollagranola
Chocolate & apricot
2 tsp cocoa powder
St. Dalfour Apricot Fruit Spread
Yoghurt
Rollagranola
Berry
1 tsp St. Dalfour Blackcurrant Fruit Spread
Homemade berry compote (frozen berries heated until jammy)

Recipe
Make the chia pudding: In a bowl, mix chia seeds, yoghurt, milk and sweetener (if using) until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until set.
Divide the chia pudding evenly between three bowls.
Flavour each pudding:
- Stir matcha mixture into one bowl
- Stir cocoa powder into the second
- Stir blackcurrant fruit spread into the third
Layer the pots: Add a layer of chia pudding, followed by fruit spread or compote (berry version only), then yoghurt. Repeat layers as desired.
To serve, finish with a generous sprinkle of Rollagranola.
Store in the fridge and enjoy across the week!
