Due to the lack of processing and it’s natural extraction, Pink Himalayan Salt keeps all of it’s minerals and trace elements (up to 84 it’s been estimated!) which would otherwise have been processed out.
The Pink Salt mines have actually become somewhat of a tourist destination! With people flocking there due to its supposed benefit of improving skin and respiratory issues.
