Dark, chocolatey and indulgent - this sweet breakfast by @windsor__foodie is a real treat for Easter weekend!
Ingredients:
- 40g oats
- 1 heaped tsp cacao powder
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)
- 1 heaped tbsp Rollagranola Absolutely Chocolate
- Mini eggs
- Chocolate bunny
- Syrup or white chocolate to drizzle (optional)
Method:
- Cook the oats on the hob with the oat milk on a low heat until cooked through
- Stir in the cacao and protein powder if using
- Pour into a bowl and top with Rollagranola, mini eggs, chocolate bunny and a drizzle of white chocolate or maple syrup
