Dark, moody and delicious, the combination of chocolate, nuts and ginger in this heart-warming bowl by @windsor__foodie makes for a super comforting breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 60g oatmeal
- 1 scoop plant protein powder
- 170g boiling water
- Dark chocolate to top
- Rollagranola Absolutely Chocolate Granola (around 20g)
- A couple of cubes of stem ginger
Method:
- Cook the oats in the boiling water (adding a pinch of sea salt)
- Stir in your protein and a little honey if you like
- Top with the granola, dark chocolate squares and some stem ginger
