    • 50g Oats                                                           
    • 300ml almond milk (unsweetened) 
    • 1 tsp chia seeds                                 
    • 3/4 mashed banana                                       
    • 1 tbsp cacao powder                                       
    • 3 handfuls of frozen blueberries                     
    • A Sprinkle of Cinnamon
