Another recipe from Amber (IG Figsontoast) keeps this one super simple but all great quality ingredients and flavour.
- Mix 50g cornflakes
- 50g California walnut granola
- 2 scoops vegan salted caramel protein
In a separate bowl microwave for 1 minute:
- 150g peanut butter
- 200g maple or date syrup
Combine the wet and dry and press into a loaf tin.
Place in the freezer.
Melt 100g dark chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil. Add in a handful of mixed chopped nuts and fruit, and pour over the cereal base.
Set in the freezer for 1 hour and slice into bite size pieces.
