This is a recipe from Amber (IG Figsontoast) and uses our keto caveman to top french toast, ok its not exactly a Keto recipe but it does taste pretty epic!
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 250ml dairy free milk
- 1tsp vanilla bean paste
- a pinch of cinnamon
- 2tsps chickpea flour/ regular flour works if you're not going gluten-free
- 2 tsp stevia (another sweetener or sugar can be substituted if you like)
- a pinch of salt
- 4 slices of bread/ gluten-free bread
- Keto Caveman granola
- Peanut butter
- Maple Syrup
To make this blend the: Banana, milk/ dairy-free milk, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, chickpea flour/ flour, stevia and salt together
Take your bread and mix in the batter mix and coat well.
Bake on a lined baking tray at 175ºC for 30 mins.
Top with: Keto Caveman granola, peanut butter and maple syrup
