  • 30g porridge oats
  • 30g vanilla protein powder
  • 10g milled flaxseed
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 100ml nut milk
  • Dash of honey or maple syrup
Simply heat gently while stirring for a few mins until thickened - done!
