One for all the breakfast lovers, this porridge bowl by @cocoa_and_the_berry features cooked blueberries with Rollagranola Caveman’s Dream - a match made in breakfast heaven!
Cooked on the stove:
- 30g porridge oats
- 30g vanilla vegan protein powder
- 10g milled flaxseed
- 80ml almond milk
Toppings:
- Rollagranola Caveman’s Dream Granola
- Vanilla soy yogurt
- Halva spread/tahini
- Cooked blueberries
Method:
- Cook your oats on the stove with the almond milk
- Stir in the flaxseed and vegan protein powder
- Cook your blueberries on a low heat with a little extra water
- Add everything to a bowl and top with granola, yoghurt, halva spread and the cooked blueberries
