A delicious smoothie bowl with a real protein punch! by @beckys.bowl
For the smoothie:
- Frozen banana
- Frozen cauliflower
- 100ml milk of choice
- 25g vanilla protein powder
- 5g ground flax seeds
- 5g chia seeds
- Large spoonful nut butter of choice
For the toppings:
- Absolutely Chocolate Rollagranola (or your flavour of choice…)
- Fresh raspberries
- Hemp seeds
- Desiccated coconut
Method:
Pop everything into a blender until thick, creamy and smooth. Then, transfer to your bowl.
Add all of your toppings to the bowl and enjoy!
