Check-out this incredible blue smoothie bowl from Sabine Kviste (AKA mermaidindisguise)This is my favourite smoothie bowl after a good workout! It’s high in protein for optimal muscle recovery and naturally sweetened with bananas and a single date (the fruit kind).
Ingredients:
3/4 cup banana
1/4 Blueberries
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tsp Blue Spirulina
1 Medjool Date
1 scoop Vanilla protein
1/2 to 1 cup Milk of your choice
Blitz all ingredients in a blender and top it with RollaGranola Cool Raspberry (My favourite), raw coconut chips, strawberries or anything else your heart desires.
