Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups Rollagranola zesty granola
1 1/2 cups gluten free jumbo oats
2 large apples chopped
3 tbs cinnamon syrup (or an alternative sweetener)
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein (or protein powder of your choice)
2 tbs almond and maca butter (or a nut butter of your choice)
1 tbs @alpro almond milk (or milk of your choice)
Joe&Seph's vegan apple cinnamon popcorn (or popcorn of your choice)

INSTRUCTIONS
🍎🍿Preheat the oven to 170°degrees and line a baking tin.
🍎🍿Pulse granola and oats in a blender to break down in to slightly smaller form
🍎🍿Stir in, protein and cinnamon followed by 1 melted tablespoon of coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon syrup
🍎🍿Take 3/4 of mixture and press down in baking tin and bake for 10-15 minutes until just golden
🍎🍿Whilst cooking sautée the apples with another tablespoon of coconut oil and syrup
🍎🍿Make toffee by warming almond butter and stirring in almond milk slowly until you have desired consistency - I like it thick 👌
🍎🍿Construct by layering, cooked base, sautéed apples, remaining granola oat mixture, generous drizzles of toffee
🍎🍿Leave to cool before slicing and then sprinkling over your popcorn
