Crispy Granola Protein Bars

  • 1 cup granola, Rollagranola California Walnut used in this recipe
  • 1 cup crispies 
  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein (or protein of your choice)
  • 3 tbs light syrup (or syrup of your choice)
  • 2 tbs date and walnut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 1 tbs coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt


  • In a large bowl combine coconut oil, syrup, vanilla extract and nut butter
  • Add in all of the remaining ingredients and ensure all are well coated
  • Pour mixture in to a lined pan, press down firmly and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours
  • Remove, cut in to bars or bites and then drizzle with a little melted chocolate
