Ingredients
- 1 cup granola, Rollagranola California Walnut used in this recipe
- 1 cup crispies
- 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein (or protein of your choice)
- 3 tbs light syrup (or syrup of your choice)
- 2 tbs date and walnut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 1 tbs coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine coconut oil, syrup, vanilla extract and nut butter
- Add in all of the remaining ingredients and ensure all are well coated
- Pour mixture in to a lined pan, press down firmly and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours
- Remove, cut in to bars or bites and then drizzle with a little melted chocolate
