Peach season is here! So, there’s no better time to share our simple recipe that makes the most of this seasonal fruit - Baked Peaches with Greek Yoghurt and Rollagranola.

Ingredients
3 ripe peaches (halved and stones removed)
2 tablespoons maple syrup *
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Yoghurt and Rollagranola for serving (we used Organic & Nutty)
*Feel free to swap maple syrup for honey if you prefer!

Recipe
1.Preheat the oven to 170 and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2.Add the peaches to the baking dish cut side up.
3.In a bowl, stir together the maple syrup and cinnamon. Spoon the mixture over the peaches.
4.Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until soft and cooked through. Serve warm with a dollop of Greek yoghurt, an extra drizzle of maple syrup or honey (if desired), and a sprinkle of Rollagranola.
