Our wholesome granola is combined with hearty oats, nut butter, sticky dates and cocoa for a nourishing, energy-boosting snack. Perfect for anytime you need a pick-me-up!
Here’s what you’ll need to make them:
1 cup granola (we love our Healthy Hazelnut!)
1 cup oats
8-12 pitted dates (softened in hot water for 30 mins)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup nut butter (we used almond)
Optional Toppings
50g dark chocolate
Crushed nuts, granola, freeze-dried berries, or flaked almonds
Recipe makes around 15 bites.
Steps to Make:
Blitz the granola in a food processor.
Add all ingredients to a blender, pulsing until sticky. (If it’s too crumbly, add a splash of almond milk or water!)
Roll into balls, place on a tray, and chill in the fridge.
Melt dark chocolate, drizzle on top, and add your choice of toppings. Chill again to set!
Store these tasty bites in the fridge for freshness.
