Easy Peasy Vegan Courgette Chocolate Banana Loaf Recipe
You will need:
- 220g Wholemeal Spelt Flour (you can use plain flour if you prefer)
- 3 Very Ripe Bananas
- 50ml Agave Nectar
- 150ml Almond Milk
- 10g Cocoa Powder
- 100g Courgette
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- 1tsp Baking Powder
Let's get started:
To begin, mash all three bananas until they're nice and mushy. In the same bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined into a nice doughy texture.
Pop your doughy mixture into a preheated oven (180C) for approximately 25-30 minutes and voila!
All that's left to do is to slice it (generously now, come on) and top it with a dollop of yoghurt and your Rollagranola of choice!

Would this work with Gluten free flour?
