For those days when you need a showstopper of a dessert in the nick of time - this tart by @bakedbybon is where it's at. Made with the nuttiest Rollagranola Awesome Almond base, a layer of mascarpone and a melody of fruits - it's a hit at any time of the year. Keep the flavours on point by using fruits that are in season.

Tart Base Ingredients (for a 14x4 inch tart):
  • 300g Awesome Almond @rollagranola
  • 100g melted butter/baking spread
Filling Ingredients:
  • 200g mascarpone
  • 90g double cream
  • 90g sifted icing sugar
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the granola and melted butter/baking spread
  2. Pour the mix into your tart tin with a removable base
  3. Press down the mix into the bottom and the sides, then leave to chill in the fridge for 1 hour
  4. Use an electric whisk to mix together the mascarpone, double cream, and icing sugar
  5. Spread the filling on top of the tart base
  6. Decorate with fruit of your choice!
