Porridge With Caramelised Banana & Ginger Marmalade

The combo of creamy porridge with granola and ginger marmalade make this breakfast by @cocoa_and_the_berry a complete revelation! Healthy, yet indulgent - it’s one you’ll come back to time and time again.

Ingredients:

  • 30g porridge oats
  • 25g protein powder
  • 8g milled flaxseed
  • 80ml almond milk

Toppings:

Method:

  • Cook your oats on the stove with the almond milk
  • Whilst the oats are cooking, caramelize your sliced bananas in a pan with a little olive oil/maple syrup
  • Add your oats to a bowl and mix in your coconut yoghurt, protein powder and flaxseed
  • Top with the caramelized banana slices, granola and marmalade
