- 3 tbsps coconut yoghurt
- 40g serving of Rollagranola Absolutely Chocolate
- Fresh berries
- A few shreds of dark chocolate
- Layer your yoghurt to the base of a bowl and top with the granola
- Add a handful of fresh (or frozen berries), a couple of squares of dark chocolate (roughly chopped) and a few sprigs of mint to garnish.
