Soft, fibre-rich chia seeds coupled with nutty, crunchy Rollagranola = a winning snack for any time of the day.
- ½ cup Soy milk or fresh coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- Maple Syrup (optional)
- Pinch Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Toppings: Rollagranola Healthy Hazelnut, chopped fruit, yoghurt, desiccated coconut and seeds.
- In a small jar, whisk together all the ingredients for the Chia Pudding and refrigerate.
- If you use a jar with a lid, you can give the jar a good shake every so often. If not, just give it a vigorous whisk every so often
- Leave overnight or several hours.
- When ready to serve, top with Rollagranola Healthy Hazelnut granola, chopped fruit, yogurt, desiccated coconut and seeds.
