Super speedy, super delicious and PERFECT for those 3pm slumps when you need a quick fix to get you through to the end of the day. Get these no bake white choc bars by @vanessaefiya onto the snack plan for this week!
INGREDIENTS:-
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups Awesome Almond Rollagranola
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Good quality white chocolate
METHOD:-
- Add butter, honey and brown sugar to a pan and allow ingredients to melt completely
- Pour in oats and granola, continually stirring until well combined for about 5 minutes
- Transfer mix into a baking dish, shape and pack tightly
- Drizzle on some melted chocolate of your choice, then put in the fridge to cool down for at least 24 hours
- Cut into bars and enjoy
